How we use information
We use information to provide and improve educational services; respond to questions; deliver AI-assisted tutoring and legitimate exam-preparation support; schedule and manage appointments; send requested service communications; maintain consent and suppression records; secure and troubleshoot the service; comply with law; and enforce our terms.
AI-assisted educational services
Questions and related service content may be processed by automated systems and contracted technology providers to generate tutoring responses and operate the service. AI responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed critically. SharpScholar does not provide exam-taking, ghostwriting, essay-mill services, or unauthorized test materials.
Mobile messaging privacy
If you opt in to the SharpScholar messaging program, we may collect your mobile number, message content, messaging preferences, consent record, and opt-out status to provide AI tutoring, legitimate exam-preparation support, appointment scheduling, reminders, and related service communications. Message frequency varies based on your requests and appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not sell or rent mobile information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except service providers acting solely on our behalf to operate and support the messaging program, or where required by law. Those providers may use the information only to provide contracted services to SharpScholar.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance. We keep suppression records so that we can honor opt-out requests.
How we disclose information
We may disclose information to service providers that host, secure, analyze, support, or deliver the service; to professional advisers; in a corporate transaction; or when required to protect rights, safety, or comply with law. Service providers may use information only to perform contracted services for SharpScholar. The mobile-information restrictions above control for messaging data and consent.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
