Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of sharpscholar.com and educational services provided by SharpScholar Inc. By using the services, you agree to these Terms. The services and messaging program are available only to adults age 18 and older.

Educational service

SharpScholar provides AI-assisted tutoring, legitimate exam-preparation guidance, appointment scheduling, and related support. AI-generated information may be incomplete or inaccurate and is not a substitute for a qualified instructor or independent judgment.

Academic integrity

You may not use the services to take an exam, impersonate another person, submit AI-generated work as your own where prohibited, obtain unauthorized test materials, facilitate cheating, request ghostwriting, or operate an essay mill. We may refuse or terminate service for conduct that violates academic rules, law, or these Terms.

SharpScholar Messaging Program

By checking the separate SMS consent box or otherwise expressly opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from SharpScholar concerning tutoring questions, legitimate exam-preparation requests, appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, and related service updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on your requests and appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply HELP for help or contact admin@sharpscholar.com. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After STOP, you will receive one confirmation and no further messages unless you provide new express consent or reply START or UNSTOP. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Participation is limited to adults age 18 and older. We do not send marketing or third-party promotional messages through this program. See our Privacy Policy for information about mobile data and consent records.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the services, interfere with security or availability, upload malicious content, violate another person’s rights, send unlawful material, or attempt unauthorized access. You are responsible for the information you provide and your use of generated responses.

Intellectual property

SharpScholar and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, branding, and materials. You retain rights you have in content you submit and grant us the limited rights needed to operate, secure, and support the service.

Disclaimers and limitation

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific academic results, or the accuracy of AI-generated content. To the extent permitted by law, SharpScholar Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
